While surfing the SU web site today I came across some great projects to get started on those Christmas cards that we all leave to the very last minute. It got me thinking about ways in which I can help you get “heaps of cards made without heaps of fuss”. With the help of my very talented friend Anne (Yes! the one of the “Apple Cider” tin, fame), this card ticks all the boxes. This card uses Real Red, Whisper White and Wild Wasabi A4 cardstock, Certainly Celery and Real Red Stampin pad and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter. See, there’s that flourish idea again.
Gotta love the Season of Joy Stamp set. It has so many incantations (is that the word I need?) It can be kind of traditional on one hand then bright and bubbly on the other! Compare the cards and you’ll see what I mean. (I’ve just noticed how crooked the ribbon and tree are in the first picture. Sorry about that!) I used Purley Pomegranate, Very Vanilla A4 cardstock teamed with the Holiday Harmony paper from the Mini Spring Catalogue. The Stampin pad is Purely Pomegranate too.The stamps are from Season of Joy, of course!
